About the brand

Founder Alice Burnham created Fit Round My Baby after finding that traditional gym sessions no longer fitted life with children. She wanted a place where mums could move, connect and feel welcome without leaving their babies behind. What started as one class became a programme built around the realities of being a mum.

Classes run in Bury, Darwen and Blackburn, Bolton, and Whitefield and Prestwich. Formats include low-impact mum and baby sessions, Core Restore, Bootcamp, FIT Mums Club strength training, small-group PT and adult-only evening sessions.

What is included

Training

Training in every FIT class format and the brand standards, online and in person, plus business and marketing training. Franchisees need a Level 3 PT and a recognised pre and postnatal qualification before teaching.

Launch support

Guidance on venues, pricing and your timetable, with a protected local territory set out in your agreement.

Marketing

Social media templates, your own webpage and campaign support. Licensed clubs receive launch support and marketing materials.

Ongoing support

Do I need to have run a business before?

No. Business and marketing training are included to help you set up locally.

What qualifications do I need?

A Level 3 PT qualification and a recognised pre and postnatal qualification before you start teaching. If you are changing careers, the route and course fees are discussed with you first.

How does the gym licence work?

Your club pays a £1,250 set-up fee (excluding VAT) and £99 a month per site. Fit Round My Baby trains your initial teaching team, and your club sets its own prices and keeps all class income.
